Speaker Highlights:

John Campbell
Director of Information Security since 2022, overseeing Baird’s Cyber Security Program in partnership with IT and executive leadership. John brings over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and joined Baird in 2007. Previously, he served as Managing Director in Equity Sales, leading initiatives in recruitment, research, and operations. John earned his BA from Kenyon College and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. He also chairs the Wildermuth Foundation Board, serves on the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum Board, and supports other local charities.

Jaymee Hayes
Director of Fraud Risk with 18 years of corporate experience, including 10 years in risk management, internal audit, and public accounting. Most recently, Jaymee led the Fraud Detection and Surveillance department at a regional bank in the Midwest. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and an MBA from DePaul University.
